What happens if my item is lost?

If your item is lost its within our terms and conditions that you will need to take it up with royal mail as we do not handle lost products, this is down the the courier.

When will my product arrive?

Once you have purchased your item/s they will be safely and beautifully packed and posted out to you within 7-10 working days. We try out best to get the items to you super fast but please bear in mind i have two little children.

What happens if my product is faulty or has a defect?

If the item has any issues or defect please send us a message on the page or message us via our email. Please include the pictures of the item and if agreed we will offer refund or a new product if available. We will do everything possible to sort any problems that may accrue.

Can you make custom orders?

Yes we can please message the page or email with ideas and we will get back to you ASAP to let you know if this is possible to meet your wishes.
