Our Store Policies

We founded Albie & Aurora with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience filled with love. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Shipping Policy

How It Works

Once you have purchased your item/s they will be safely and beautifully packed and posted out to you within 7-10 working days. We try out best to get the items to you super fast but please bear in mind i have two little children and am only one person.



The Small Print 

If you feel you would like to return an item that is faulty this will need to be returned to within 5 days of receiving the parcel. You must provide evidence of the item damaged on arrival which we give you 48 hours to prove this to use via email.  Please note there is NO return or refunds on personalised items that are not faulty. 


Safety & After care 

- Never leave bows on sleeping children, they must be attended at all times.

- Do not wash the hair bows, they can be only gently wiped down by hand.

- Tumblers and water bottles are dishwasher safe however we recommend not to do so and to hand wash only.


Cancellation policy at Albie & Aurora

Our Policy

Cancelletion policy: you are able to cancel within a 48 hour window however if this is over this time unfortunately this wont be able to be processed and refunds will not be given unless the working day turn around is broken.
